Continuing a tradition established in 1991, Muktadhara will celebrate the International Mother Language Day at 1 pm at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, Manhattan. The time which coincides with the beginning of 21 February, the Shaheed Day (Day of the Martyrs) celebration in Bangladesh.  The Day was recognized by the United Nations and is now celebrated worldwide as International Mother Language Day.
