Ali Fahmida Moyuri is honored to be able to serve as a core committee member in the Young People’s Festival/ Shishu Kishore Mela. As a college student, she is pursuing a major in biology and a double minor in sociology and psychology in the pre-medicine track. For Moyuri, The Shishu Kishore Mela fosters a creative exchange and experience and plays a successful role in developing leadership skills with a team full of creative minds. Each year, observing the young generation within the Bengali community creating bonds and partnerships with one another through this educational and cultural event as well as spreading awareness in the community through their performances is what drives and encourages Moyuri to be a proud member of the Young People’s Festival.
