Golam Faroque Bhuiyan

Golam Faroque Bhuiyan is the Chairman and Founder of the GFB Group of Companies. He has reached an exceptional level of success because of his extraordinary vision, acute entrepreneurial spirit, and relentless hard work. The GFB Group is engaged in numerous networks around the world serving diverse industries such as fragrance manufacturing, imports, exports, and distribution, and industrial real estate.

Mr. Bhuiyan completed his school and college education at Debidwar RM high school and Kumilla Victoria Gvt. College.

Afterwards, he obtained his Honors and master’s degree from Dhaka University in Bangladesh.

He started his career at AP (Dhaka) Ltd in Bangladesh, where with his keen business acumen, he turned the company into a robust business serving many industries. Mr. Bhuiyan’s career has allowed him to travel extensively around the world to attend many business delegations/seminars.

In 1997, Mr. Bhuiyan immigrated to the United States. After acquiring a degree in Information Technology, he worked at Nextel Telecommunication and later AT&T. Although both were prestigious opportunities, his inner quest for his own business enterprise remained unabated.

In 2001, he ventured into the export, import, and distribution business and founded Ninon Corporation. Ninon would later bloom into the conglomerate GFB Group and expanded its network all over the Glove.

The GFB group is comprised of diversified companies, including Aromatic Innovations, Ninon Corporation, and Ninon Industrial Realty. In 2015, the GFB group acquired Orpheus Ltd, a 35-year-old fragrance manufacturing company.
Mr. Bhuiyan is not only a successful businessman but is an ardent patron of Art & Culture. He is the sponsor of Mukatadhara-GFB Literary Award. He also involved in multiple socio- cultural organizations working to promote Bengali Art, Culture and Heritage.

Mr. Bhuiyan is the prior President of the Bangladesh Association of New Jersey (BANJ). He is an executive member of FOBANA (Federation of Bangladeshi Associations of North America) and advisor of Muktadhara Foundation in NY.
